Skin disorders caused by microbes. It should be consulted to the doctor.
Factor of boils is staphylococcus bacterium. Itchy diseases, oily skin structure, excessive sweating diabetes reducing resistance of skin and body, alcohol use, unhealthy diet may trigger formation of boils. First of all, red and painful swelling occurs; inflamed white head occurs within 3-4 days and it heals with leaving scar. It is not a right action to force in a way of squeezing without emergence of head of boil and damaging of boil may lead to more spreading of boil. Emergence and spread of numerous boils at the same time are serious skin disorder referred as "carbunculus, anthrax, sore of anthrax". It progresses more slowly when compared with boil and it gets mature more slowly and leaves a scar afterwards. It requires antibiotic therapy.
It occurs due to access of bacterial microbes from the deep parts of eye lashes. It may frequently recur. It is with painful and inflamed swelling. Warm dressing will do good as well as antibiotic therapy.
This is a microbial disease is caused by bacteria called "streptococcus". It has symptoms such as pain, fever and tremors. The most frequent penetration place is face and lower parts of legs from knee. Reason for this underlies untreated fungal diseases between toes. This is formed due to microbes penetrating through cracks occurred with itching or the points such as skin distorted wound, cut etc. These areas get swollen and red. Pain, fever and malaise can be seen. If leg fungi are not treated, erysipelas is often recurred and leg turns into "elephant leg" appearance. Formation reason of "lymphangitis disease" characterized by rash and swelling in line form resembling to erysipelas disease but not in large area is gates such as wound, cut etc. of microbes on the skin like typically in erysipelas disease. Antibiotic therapy is administered. Gates of microbes are determined and treated for avoiding recurrence of the disease.
This is a microbial disease is caused to inflammation around the nails by bacteria called "streptococcus" Breaking nail flesh, damaging in manicure are the factors triggering formation of panaris. Firstly, redness, swelling and abscess occur. Abscess should be opened and discharged and antibiotic drug should be administered around the nail.
This is a chronic disorder that causes stinging and burning and redness around the corners of lips. Due to the leakage of saliva from lip corners, the area remains constantly moist. This is commonly seen in babies and elderly people with false teeth.
SKIN CHAFING (INTERTRIGO) This is seen in legs, groin, buttocks, armpits, chest and between toes. It causes friction, irritation and redness on moist area; unless measure is taken in this phase, it takes white and cheesy appearance with stripping together with the effect of bacteria and yeast fungus. Only keeping dry in early period and well-ventilation can be even sufficient. But, in exacerbated conditions, it should be consulted to the doctor. Joint and bending places should be dried well and should be kept dry for avoiding recurrences. Frequently changing the nappies in babies and ventilation of bottom parts of the babies prevents intertrigo cases in significant extent.
Impetigo: Its factor is generally staphylococcus and streptococcus bacteria. It is frequently seen in children. It is generally seen on the face. It is contagious. Starting with a small water-filled bubbles, it becomes an inflammatory state. Afterwards, yellow shells occur. It quickly spreads to its surrounding. This is treated with cleaning shells with soap water and to use antibiotic drugs.
HIDRADENITIS This is an inflammation of particular sweat glands occurred in adolescence period in armpit and groin area. Since sweat glands are opened to hair mouths, this area remains open to access of these bacteria after epilating wax and shaving that might damage the hairs. Disease starts with painful and red swelling on this area. If it is opened by the doctors, it relaxes and recovers by leaving scar and if not opened, it may stay as a hard lump on its place. Antibiotics and antiseptics need to be administered.
