Endoskopi – Kolonoskopi – Fleksibl sigmoidoskopi – Rektoskopi (Anestezi eşliğinde uyutularak)

EUS (Endoskopik ultrasonografi): Yemek borusu, Mide, Duodenum  derin dokularının

incelenmesi, pankreas, safra kesesi, safra yollarının değerlendrilmesi, gerekirse biyopsi alınması.

ERCP (Safra yollarının endoskopik yöntemle incelenmesi ve varsa taşların çıkarılması)

Mide ya da kalın bağırsak Poliplerinin tedavisi (Polipektomi)

Kapsül endoskopi (İnce bağırsak), Kapsül kolonoskopi (kalın bağırsak)

PEG (Karından mideye beslenme tüpü takılması)

Enteral beslenme tüpü (Burundan mideye beslenme tüpü takılması)

Parasentez (Tanı ve tedavi amaçlı karından su alınması)

Yabancı cisim çıkarılması (Yemek borusu, Mide, Duodenum ya da Kalın bağırsaklardan)
